Imagine watching a basketball game without a scoreboard. After countless jump shots, layups and dunks, it’d be hard to know who’s winning. 

In construction, the same could be said about new project awards. If companies don’t celebrate them, it’s hard to know where the business — or the industry as a whole — is headed. 

For Construction Dive, Project Wins are a method of recording when major players have put points on the board. It’s a testament to the upcoming columbus oh dump truck company that the biggest names in the business are adding to their backlogs. 

Here, we track the contract wins lauded by some of the country’s largest builders in September, including part of a $25 billion LNG project, a $3.3 billion college modernization push and a $960 million children’s hospital.

    For data center contracts, it’s all about the fine print

    Projects in the sector require specialized labor from workers who often have temporary immigration status, which creates compliance challenges for owners and developers.
