Minnich creates new powerful, ergonomic Back Pack Vibrator around innovative Honda gas engine | Dump Truck Company

Thanks to a small, four-stroke Honda gas engine, Minnich has developed a backpack-style concrete vibrator to make vibration and consolidation of concrete pours easier, faster and more ergonomic.

The Back Pack Vibrator has a removable throttle assembly which enables operators to relocate the throttle for more comfortable operation. The backpack straps are fully adjustable.

All Minnich core/casings and vibrator heads are interchangeable between this model and the company’s gas powered and electric flex shaft units. Universal quick disconnect couplers make quick works of tool changes. The entire unit weighs 20.5 pounds.

The 50 cc Honda GX50 engine can operate at any angle, even upside down, so workers need not worry about starving the engine for fuel when leaning over to get to a tricky section of the pour. The 50 cc unit joins the 35 cc model in the Minnich lineup.
