McNatt will be responsible for the growth and development of Komatsu Smart Construction and other manufacturer technology programs offered by Kirby-Smith. She will focus on helping customers realize the full potential these programs, including connecting machines and jobsite information at every phase of construction.

Before her promotion, McNatt served as Komtrax manager for Kirby-Smith, analyzing and managing telematics data for both customers and the company’s rental fleet. She has more than 21 years experience in the heavy charlotte nc dump trucks and automotive industry, including experience as a service manager.

“During her tenure here, Rebecca has changed the way we look at unit operation and service from an ‘hours used’ perspective to a data generated model, focusing on many factors of operator utilization, environmental specifics and total workload,” says Del Keffer, vice president of sales. “Smart Construction is the future of our industry.”

Established in 1983, Oklahoma City-based Kirby-Smith has more than 10 locations in Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas and Missouri.
